FloodEx / Solutions
Make every moisture reading traceable.
A reading needs a location, a material and enough context to be useful at the next visit. Keep that context with the job instead of in a separate spreadsheet.
Identify the measurement location
Use a repeatable room and point reference. Add a photo or a note when the next technician would otherwise struggle to find the same place.
Preserve the context
Record the material, meter context and units in the job record. Different scales and materials are not automatically comparable; notes should explain any change in method.
Review the sequence
Look at observations across visits alongside environmental conditions and changes to the setup. A numerical trend alone does not establish a drying outcome or a safe condition.
